1.拥有英语专业(专科)以上学历的考生可以利用毕业证书免考英语二，免考的类型与所学专业相对应。

2.拥有本科以上学历的考生，成绩单上有合格的本科公共课程英语成绩（至少3个学期，非考查课）的考生可以免考英语二。

3.2005年英语四六级考试改革前获得的大学英语四级或六级证书可以免考英语二。

4.通过全国英语等级考试PETS-3及以上级别笔试的合格证书可以免考英语二。（具体免考条件请以各院校公布为准）

1.考生登录系统，在考籍和转免考管理模块中的免考功能中提交免考申请。然后，将准考证、身份证、毕业证书和完整成绩表的原件及复印件，以及相关证明材料（例如准考证书、毕业证原件、原毕业专业学习成绩或加盖当地人事部门印章的复印件）提交给县（区）考办。

2.自考办收集自考考生的材料，并打印《办理免考手续凭证》交给考生。然后，将自考考生的材料集中报送市自考办。经市自考办审核后，将有关证明材料和免考考生信息数据库报省自考办审批。一旦免考课程获得批准，有关证明材料将退还给考生，而省自考办则会打印《免考课程合格证》并发给考生。

3.自考办审核后，考生可以通过系统查询审核结果。另外，如果自考考生办理的免考课程与其已有成绩的课程存在课程顶替关系，则无需办理免考手续。
