英语表达不地道?这个新思维方式你值得拥有~

就不禁要问我们自己一个敲击灵魂的问题，为啥学了“12年”英语，仍然是“ my English is poor”的情况，可是却经常听闻类似某某Charlie三个月速成中文的新闻。
在晶晶老师看来，这是有关学习思维的问题了。 比如我们是否from the bottom of heart 相信了、理解了、观察了、反思了、运用了这门语言，这样一来我们才会有active learners的心态。
下面我们就一起来说一说如何使我们的英文表达更加清晰和准确呢~
表达出较为正确的句子，晶晶老师相信是同学们都能做到的。
但同学们是否有思考过 如何表达出更为有效的句子呢？既能够清晰阐明语义，又能persuade people的那种呢？
接下来我们就针对大家非常熟悉的句式来举个例子，以此来看看如何让句子的表达更加powerful~
1、There is/are/was/were…
“那本书里有很多有用的信息。”
“
student A: There is a lot of useful information in that book.
student B: That book contains a lot of useful information.
”
“网课有好些个优点。”
“
student A: There are several benefits to online classes.
student B: Online classes offer several benefits.
”
（从这两个例子可以看出， 明显的变化出现在句子的动词上，直截了当地表明了描述对象和opinion的关系，使句子的表达简明扼要。 ）
2. It is/was…
“由主管来做最后的决定。”
“
student A: It is the director who makes the final decision.
student B: The director makes the final decision.
”
“是由于销售额太低，他们的店倒闭了。”
“
student A: It was low sales that forced them to close.
student B: Low sales forced them to close.
”
(而通过这两个例子我们可以看出， 变化仍然出现在句子的动词上，短小精悍的句子表达使得listeners/readers快速获取关键信息。 )
通过上面两个例子，同学们可以体会一下，同样的语意，第二句表达是不是更有力呢？
