茶时

I used to consider myself a tea lover until I saw how they do it. The well-known tea ceremony. There is a black no-edge tea table in front of you, filled with many small cups and tea pots that are constantly being used. You fill them up with boiled water, then you spill it out and fill them up with ready-made tea later on, but without drinking that first round.

我过去一直认为自己是一个茶爱好者，直到我看到他们是怎么做的。我所说的就是著名的功夫茶。在你面前的是一张黑色的无边茶几，上面摆放着许许多多可以反复使用小茶杯和茶壶。在茶壶中装满烧好的开水，然后把水倒出，片刻后再装入现成的茶，但是第一壶茶先不喝。

Note: This is how it looks like in my memory so please don’t judge me for not knowing the right serving order within a tea ceremony.

注:这是我记忆中的功夫茶的样子，所以请不要因为我不了解功夫茶正确的品尝顺序而嘲笑我。

A lot of water is being spilled on the table during the procedure and later on cleaned with special little sweeper. In the end you get your mini cup of tea of a few sips as a true reward.

在整个过程中，有水会流到桌子上，片刻后这些水便被专用的清洁布擦干。最后你终于得到了这一小杯茶，仅仅够喝几口，但是这才是真正的奖励。

By this point, I`ve been buying tea bags, used to dip them into boiled water and there it was , my favorite tea. Strong and awakening. This set of various cups and pots looked like from another planet . As far as I`ve experienced, it is in Chinese culture to have small size servings a nd even though it is not the rule nowadays. the minimalist concept could be found in such rituals.

在此之前，我最喜欢的茶是我常喝的茶包，直接用开水冲泡，便可以饮用。它们口感比较浓郁，并且提神。功夫茶中各式各样的杯子和茶壶看起来简直像是来自另一个星球。根据我在中国的亲身经验，轻食是中国传统文化中的一部分（即便现在已经没有这样的规矩了）。在茶道的礼仪中可以找到极简主义的身影。

Only once was I witnessing this ritual whose sequence I couldn`t grasp in comple电话y, therefore, I will kindly ask you to explain to me how you actually do it.

我只亲眼目睹一次这样的功夫茶仪式，我无法完全地掌握它的顺序。因此，我想请大家向我解释一下，你们是怎么做到的:)。

Another drink that has taken the attention of my friends and me was the miraculous hotwater. Not only have we tried to understand why this drink was prescribed during various daily activities but we’ve started drinking it and getting used to its benefits without even noticing it. I still don’t have reliable proofs of its impact on human body, but as for myself, I had very nice in-throat feeling after drinking it and somehow my immune system was stronger than usual duringthe winter time.

另一个引起我和我朋友们注意的是神奇的热水。我们不仅试图理解为什么在各种日常活动中都会有它，但是我们已经开始喝它，并在不知不觉中习惯了它的好处。我仍然没有可靠的证据证明它对人体的影响，但就我自己而言，喝了它之后，我的喉咙感觉很舒服，不知怎么的，我的免疫系统在冬天会比平时更强。

Considering those two examples of drinking habits, I would like you to share your personal thoughts on them so that the rest of the world could hear and form an opinion thereof. How could we consider something the truth if we haven’t heard at least several different opinions about it?

考虑到以上两个对于喝的习惯的例子，我希望你能分享你个人对这些问题的看法，让其他人都能听到并形成自己的看法。如果我们没有听到至少几种不同的意见，我们怎么能认为事情是真实的呢?

Let’s go back to the story about an individual person. Each one forms an opinion which is partially based on personal experience and the more stories we hear, the sooner we will realize how relative they are, how world is full of varieties and shapes we might not even heard of nor experienced yet.

让我们回到一个关于人的故事。每个人都会形成观点，这些种观点部分是基于个人经历和我们听过的故事。我们听到的故事越多，我们就会越早意识到我们的观点和这些故事的经历的相关性，世界是如何充满了我们可能从未听说过的或经历过的变化和成长。

“Habit is ten natures.” 可以翻译为习惯对人的影响远大于我们的本性，是一位英国教育前辈所推崇的教育理念，其意在强调习惯的重要性。的确，习惯在学习的成败中扮演了十分重要的作用。
